Can Not Log In On Compliance Studio 7008 (Doc ID 2906818.1)

Symptoms

Able to access https://hostname>:7001/cs/home but can not access https://hostname>:7008.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Step1: Access 7001 URL
Step2: Then after access new tab with https://hostname>7008 (the system can auto login)
Step3: logout from 7008 or 7001 URL
Step4: Try to access 7008 URL directly

Actual Behavior:
The UI shows unauthorized error

Expected Behavior:
Should be able to access 7008 URL directly
