Symptoms
Issue #1:
In 12.2.5, the visits were essentially scheduled by Visit request dates, while in 12.2.6 this is not the case.
The Visit sequences are very different than before; basically the visit request dates are being busted up, putting earlier due dates later. They are using Campaign ID’s for the Work Order Sequence.
Issue #2:
Work Order Group Not Working in 12.2.6 from 12.2.5 model
In 12.2.5, the WOs with same attribute values for that work order group attribute are scheduled adjacently if on same resource, while in 12.2.6 this is not always the case.
The work order grouping attribute was working in 12.2.5 and is effectively being ignored in 12.2.6.
