Item Override Not Recalculating Charges That Are Based in Item Count in BSEG Calc Line (Doc ID 2906967.1)

Goal

As part of patch delivered and suggested test scenarios to test Bug 34007584, you tested out Item Override by updating item count in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M). While the system is now accepting the overridden item count value, the calculated amount remains the same for the other calculation line in regenerated Billing Segment (BSEG) using Service Quantity (SQ) calculation rule that has Kilowatt-Hour (kWh) charge based on item count.

System should recalculate the Item kWh usage based on the updated Item Count and the Daily Service Quantity.
