Symptoms
In the could native production environment, getting high occurrence of PIN_ERR_BAD_LOGIN_RESULT errors.
The amount of replicaset for CM is increased to two and for DM-ORACLE to four. For more details refer the errors details pasted.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. This is a production issue, not reproducible in test system
2. BAD_LOGIN errors are getting in following cases "
* During billing and invoicing execution
3. During webservice CSR activities (get and post request from CSR's)
