OEM Batches Error While Executing Batch TD- PURGE (Doc ID 2907297.1)

On: 4.4.0.2.0, System Wide issue

While user trying to execute the batch TD-PURGE from OEM, they are getting the table space errors.
Here they could observe few things
1. 2 batch job's are being created for this batch .
2.One batch job is created with actual user ID which is passed from OEM and
the 2nd batch job is created with the user id (@@SCH@@) .
3. For the first job batch run tree is created and is getting Ended but for
the 2nd job tree is not created and the job submission status remains in started state.

The error which we are getting for second job (with user id @@SCH@@) is mentioned below.
