ENUM Does Not Work and MO Calls Are Failing (Doc ID 2907342.1)

Symptoms

After ENUM (Telephone Number Mapping) was set up for number portability purposes all MO (Mobile Originating) calls started to fail.

In the trace file, ENUM response is pasted directly into the body of the (X)UDT (Extended Unitdata) in front of TCAP (Transaction Capabilities Application Part).
