QBP Permissions - User Selection Widget Not Usable

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a problem with the user selection widget on the QBP Permissions button when a large number of users are defined in the system.
When selecting the user value from the QBP Permissions button, the user list is partially hidden, with the search box and the scroll up button missing - this makes it impossible to select a user.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Query Permissions dialog should display full search window within - including top of search window so text can be typed for searching and the scroll bar and scroll up button can be used.
