Symptoms
In 2.7, the SP, have multiple usage subscription linked to it and they are all inactive- but the meter is active. When an estimated reading resulting to zero consumption enters the system, the IMD created is completed.
In 2.8, the same test scenario and test data as above, however an IMD Exception is being Encountered - Estimated Measurement with Missing Usage Subscription Exception
