On : 11.3.1.8 version, Activity

Following an upgrade from v10.2.40 to v11.3.1.8,
both Roles/Address Screens crashes with the following messages:

SRE.FailedGenerateGlobalScreenMathEngine
Error Message: Global ScreenMath could not be found or its configuration references a math variable or field that does not exist.
BusinessRule: PolicyScreen
MathID: GlobalScreenMath
MathVariable: PolicyExistsinDB

SRE.FailedGenerateOnSubmitMathEngine
Error Message: The OnSubmit Event cannot find ScreenMath configuration or the ScreenMath configuration references a mathvariable or field that does not exist.
BusinessRule: AddressScreen
MathVariable: BlankText


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create OIPA data sources mapped to the upgraded database environment.
2. Attached these data sources to a newly created OIPA server.
3. Load the application and check if the artifacts highlighted in the screenshots are working correctly.
4. Load the application and create any policy (i.e. Savings Plan) and after saving the Policy Screen, navigate to the Roles Screen, Address Screen and attempt to save.
