ScheduledValuation Failed To Complete With Status Code 04 (Doc ID 2908648.1)

Symptoms

On: 11.2.8.2 version, Cycle Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Scheduled Valuation failed to complete processing all Policies.
The Plan Level ScheduledValuation Activity was still in Status 97 (processing wait) in the database.

During Cycle run, the ScheduledValuation successfully processes 2/3 Policies then hangs.
AsValuesRequest Table contains records with Status Code 04, 02 and 05.
This is causing invalid Policy data for month-end.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deleting the records from the Scheduled Valuation Batch.
2. Run the Scheduled Valuation.
