Goal

Highlights missing in alerts

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Post TF message
Step2: Login to UI and check the alerts
Step3: Yellow and Red highlights not showing for ISO20022
Expected result: Should show the Red highlight for exact matches and yellow highlight for partial matches.
Actual result: The highlights was not happening properly for webservices
