Characteristic Type Update in CCS Environment - Transaction Timed Out
We are not able to add values to the Characteristic type which already has approximately ~2000 char values. On click of the Save button, the transaction is timed out. Please see attached screen snapshot. As CCS does not allow adding/updating data from the backend using SQL, we are able to create char data and it is a major show stopper for us. Please provide a resolution at the earliest.
