Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Arabic language fonts is not working when printing a business process record in PDF format, while it is working with HTML print option fine with out any issues

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Aribic character shows normally when Custom Print with PDF format

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Open a shell or project
  3. Select a business process record containing Arabic language fonts
  4. Click gear icon and Choose Print - PDF
  5. Observe wrong Arabic characters displayed
  6. Click gear Icon and Choose Print - HTML
  7. It shows the correct Arabic characters

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print Arabic characters using Print -PDF option.
