Goal

Customer is getting major issue where Call Details Records(CDRs) are getting missed from Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) in rating and in Oracle Communication Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) response is coming as success.
For example:- If customer have processed 3000 records from OCOMC and in ECE only 200 records are coming in ratedevent table and for the same records .blk file is been generated by ECE ratedeventformmater.
