Argus 8.4 LDAP Unable to Add Server Details in Console

Goal
Integrating Active Directory (AD)/Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) authentication but hitting the following issue with Argus Safety 8.4:
[Argus Console] > [System Configuration] > System Management (Common Profile Switches)
Security > LDAP > Check the radio button for 'Enable LDAP at system level' as Yes, and click the [Add] Button.
After clicking "Yes" to Enable LDAP at the system level, clicking the "Add" button doesn't actually do anything. No extra boxes are brought up in which to add the LDAP server details.
Clicking on "Save" brings up an empty error box also e.g.
This environment was built inside Amazon Web Services (AWS) Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) and is as follows:
- Argus web server in a private subnet
- Database server in the same private subnet
- AD server in the same private subnet
- All communication is allowed between all servers in the private subnet
AWS Application Load Balancer is in a public subnet with an external IP address routing traffic to the Argus web server on port 8083
