Symptoms

When attempting to run the Patch installer Patch_Install.bat
the following error occurs in the command prompt window from where the installer is executed.

ERROR
BUILD FAILED
..Patch-Installer.xml:153:.
Failed to find the required Product Version for further installation. Aborting Installation...

STEPS

1. Open the Command Prompt Window as Administrator
2. Go to the Patch Installer folder
3. Run Patch_Install.bat from the patch installer directory.
