SIM Allows An Item Not In Store In Store Sequence Import (Doc ID 2910536.1)

Symptoms

SIM is allowing to add items sequence area by using the StoreSequenceImport batch that are not ranged to the store.
When the user tries to access the sequence area it gives an error. The items that are not ranged to the store should be ignore when importing the file.

Steps
1. Create a store sequence file with an item that is not ranged to the store
2. import the batch through the StoreSequenceImport batch
3. Open SIM and access the store sequence created through the file
4. See that it gives an error
Severe system error [8] occurred at ... Please contact system administrator.

Ranged item: Through all steps has no error.

Non-ranged item: On Step4, Severe system error is pop-up. Unable to see the details.
