Backward Compatibility for Parameter EnforceCreditLimit (Doc ID 2910703.1)

Goal

As a part of Pricing Design Center 12 Patch Set 7 upgrade, enforceCreditLimit value got changed from false to DEFAULT and true to NORMAL.
User is able to load successfully new Charge Offer XMLs with new values, however there is no backward compatibility.
Charge Offers with old values (true or false) is giving this error while importing them using ImportExportPricing utility, Below is the error snippet on console:

Is there a backward compatibility that allows user to retain the values 'true' or 'false'?
