Configuration Details Are Getting Cleared from BRM Database (Doc ID 2911493.1)

Goal

It was observed that configuration details which are part of pricing configuration, like balance elements are getting lost from Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) database.
This was happening frequently and as a result, user needed to import all the configurations again in Pricing Design Center (PDC) so that BRM database gets updated (for example, config_beid_balances_t).
It is to be noted that application is installed on Cloud Native although BRM database is on-premise.

What could be the reason for this behavior?
