ALM 8.0.7.4: FE180 and FE430 Not Properly Calculated When NEXT PAYMENT DATE Is Equal To PREPAYMENT DATE (Doc ID 2911736.1)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.7.4.0, while manually calculate FE180 and FE430 for one particular account, there are differences when the next_payment_date is equal to the prepayment date.
FE430 is also not calculated for the first bucket.

However, when the next_payment_date is changed to AS_OF_DATE+2, ALM engine computed the correct results for FE180 but there are no results for FE430.
