Goal

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.5.0 version, Active Session Counts in ECE Metric Collector Report and ECE Cache are not matching to each other.

Here the user is using "start_ece_metrics_collector" script (inside the tools directory) for metric collection.
