Unable to save dataset description with French language (Doc ID 2911976.1)

On 8.1.2,

Unable to save dataset description with French language.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to business metadata management and select dataset.

2. Open any existing dataset and try to insert short description with the French language.

3. Click on save.

Expected Behavior:

Dataset should be saved successfully with short description with the French language.

Actual Behavior:

Dataset is not saving.

Issue Encountered:

Error in UI like below:

“Short Description cannot contain invalid characters”
