Pipeline Rating Service Goes Down Suddenly Without Leaving An Error Track (Doc ID 2912186.1)

Symptoms

Pipeline Rating service is working normally and after some time the pipeline rating service goes down without apparent reason and no errors logged in the logs.  The .lock file remains, it is necessary to eliminate this file manually in order to start the service again.

When the pipeline service goes down CDRs files are enqueued, when pipeline services are started the CDR files are processed correctly.
There are three Pipeline Rating services configured and all of them have the same issue.
