Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Ctrl+R (Fill Across) shortcut does not work on Usage Spreadsheets.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect keyboard shortcut to work.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Pro.
  2. Open project.
  3. View Resource Usage Spreadsheet at bottom.
  4. Highlight several cells and attempt to use Ctrl+R shortcut for 'Fill Across'. Nothing will happen
