ReIMv19 Base PRIVs Mapping To Custom Duty Is Not Working As Expected

Symptoms
Created a Custom Duty with below base PRIVs and mapped to ROLE.
Privilege Identifier
SEARCH_DISCREPANCY_LIST_PRIV
SEARCH_TAX_DISCREPANCY_LIST_PRIV
SEARCH_CREDIT_NOTE_MATCH_PRIV
SEARCH_MANUAL_MATCH_PRIV
The Application is NOT behaving as expected.
E.g. 1.Tax Discrepancy Review List Menu Item is not visible .
2. User is able to match the invoice and Credit notes even we attached the Search priv.
