Symptoms
E2B Files to China are Being Rejected.
The error message is:
When decimal value is less than 1 (ex.0.1) in Total D0se to Primary Event field the numeric value '0' is omitted in the .xml file leaving only '.1' and thus the case returns a failed ACK as China requires to see the value '0.3' instead.
Steps
1. Open a Case Form > Products tab
2. Set the value for Total D0se to Primary Event field to be less than 1.
(e.g. 0.1)
3. Schedule the E2B report and generate a draft
4. Check the XML data from E2B viewer.
The integer value: 0 is omitted causing the failed ACK to be returned from China authority.
