Request set Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud program is not generating transactional data

When reviewing the extract zip file, we find that the Items.csv file has only 36 lines and there are thousands of items in the orgs being collected.
This is why no transactional data is in the extract files

Then retrieve and review the main Extract log file, find the ZIP file name and location and review the .csv files that are generated.
