ImportExportPricing Fails Due to ORA-01795 (Doc ID 2915317.1)

Symptoms

ImportExportPricing (IEP) fails in Pricing and Design Center (PDC) with the following error message:


This issue can be seen only when "-expAllRefs" argument is used against a few charge offers. However, the user is able to extract/export the pricing of the same Charge Offers if one takes the pricing data separately like timemodel, changeset offer, etc.
