Decision Report/Explanation Report Differences Between OPA 10 And OIA 12 (Doc ID 2915451.1)

Symptoms

When a rule has been proven in OPA 10 (Oracle Policy Automation), it only appears once in explanations even if the rule has been called multiple times. In OIA (Oracle Intelligent Advisor) 12, the explanation for the rule appears every time the rule is called, even if it has already been previously proven and explained.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Execute the interview which was migrated from OPA 10 to OIA 12 (for more information regarding to how to migrate a version 10.4 project to current version of policy modeling refer to Intelligent Advisor Documentation.
2. Generate Explanation Reports are displayed differently
