'PGM_NAME' Incorrectly Updated With Ship Date for Tran Code 30 and 32 for a Reconciled Short Shipped Transfer (Doc ID 2915748.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 23, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 16.0.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a short shipped item gets reconciled through Docclose, the 'PGM_NAME' in tran data table for transactions with tran code 30 and 32 is assigned the shipping date instead of ‘STKLEDGR_SQL.WRITE_FINANCIALS’.

Steps to Reproduce:
-----------------------
1. Set the system parameter to TSF_CLOSE_OVERDUE to ‘Y’.
2. Set the system parameter to TSF_FORCE_CLOSE_IND to ‘SL’.
3. Set the system parameter SW_AUTO_CLOSE_DAYS to 1.
4. Create and range an item to one warehouse and store.
5. Create and approve a transfer for the item and locations above (from warehouse to store).
6. Ship half of the units and receive these units.
7. Note tran code 30/32 for those units. Tran code 44 for those units has correct 'pgm_name'.
8. Advance vdate by one day.
9. Run batches: Tsfclose, Docclose Pre, Docclose .
10. Note tran code 30/32 for those units have incorrect 'pgm_name' and tran code 22 for those units has the correct 'pgm_name'.
11. Note: The program name has the shipping date of the transfer when it was shipped.
