Cannot Get Files From Agile Using External IP Addresses (Doc ID 2916303.1)

Symptoms

When login to Agile web client using IP addresses, attempting to download ("Get") a file. Nothing happens; no files can be downloaded.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to Agile web client using https://<IP_address>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
  2. Try to get a file from an object.
  3. Nothing happens. No file is downloaded.
