EDD Classic Constrained Plan Does Not Peg OnHand to Earliest Demand (Doc ID 2918479.1)

EDD Classic Constrained plan shows OnHand is not pegged to earliest demand. Instead, the plan pegs a new Planned Order to earliest demand.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner / Supply Chain Plan / Names.

2. Choose the EDD Classic Constrained Plan and click Launch Plan.

3. NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner / Supply Chain Plan / Workbench.

4. Review plan output and observe that OnHand is not pegged to the earliest demand.
