Cost Item "Find on Page" Function is Not Working Properly and User Has to Click the Text Box Each Time He Types a Letter (Doc ID 2918950.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
For "Find on Page" functionality in Cost Sheet, the other columns all work well except for Cost Item column. Once put one letter in Cost Item find text box, the user have to click the text box to put in another letter.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Login generic Unifier environment.
  2. Go to Cost Sheet.
  3. Create a view and add one Group By column. For e.g, group by Cost Code.
  4. Save the view.
  5. Go back to the cost sheet, click "Find on Page".
  6. Put in a letter in Cost Item find text box. If you want to put in the second letter, you have to click this text box again. And, for the third letter, you have to click the text box again.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The cost item find worked in the old version and the issue is captured in 21.12.8 and it's also replicated in 22.9.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to put in a string when doing a research.
