Oracle Documaker FATAL Error Message Due To Receiver Timeout (Doc ID 2919308.1)

Symptoms

We have started to experience instances where we receive numerous timeout messages in a short period of time. This typically seems to clear itself after a few minutes, however we have had a couple of times where we had to recycle the servers to clear the errors. The message we receive is:

2022-03-30 07:09:54.973 EDT-FATAL-[Receiver_#1-T1-QueueReceiverWorker-519]-[QueueReceiverWorker.java:1213]-oracle.documaker.receiver.monitors.QueueReceiverWorker.logFatalErrorMessage: The operation has timed out for job 997,073: Timeout=90,000 milliseconds.

These appear in the /Oracle/odee_1/documaker/docfactory/temp/receiver/logs along with entries that can be found in the WebLogic dmkr_server log folder.
