Webpage Intermittently Does Not Response When Toggling Between Documents and Other Tab Views (Doc ID 2919656.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In P6 Web, when switching back and forth between the Documents and Risks tabs, eventually the page locks up and no other tasks can be performed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The page should not lock up when switching tabs.



The issue can be reproduced intermittently with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Web, navigate to Projects > Documents.
  2. Switch back and fort between the Documents tab and another tab, such as Risks.
  3. Observe the reported behavior.
