Last updated on MAY 11, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 19.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

TERMS_DETAIL table has a check constraint to allow DUE_DOM and DISC_DOM value in 1 to 31 limit. However customer finance system and legacy RMS system have 0 values for these two fields for few payment terms.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create new payment terms with zero value for DUE_DOM and DISC_DOM.
  2. Notice that it results in a "terms_detail check constraint violate".
