Symptoms
In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management version 12.0.0.4 and above, Billing Care (BC) is used to manage billing, payments, and accounts receivable for customer accounts, it also provides an account view containing the functionality described below for performing account transactions.
In BC there is an option to open disputes only for bills that have money owed.
A known issue can occur if a subscriber has multiple bill units, the settled dispute pop-up is not coming properly from newsfeed section.
