Symptoms

Claim in production is pending with the error GEN-ORA-00001: This "Counter Period" already exists
We have attempted clearing the error thru the Processing error screen, and also re-pushing the same claim# but this error is staying and not going away.
This claim wont clear ether thru the error processing screen or by re-pushing the same claim.
ERRORS: GEN-ORA-00001: This "Counter Period" already exists
