HDR 8 not Storing Names that Contain Multiple Name Parts where name_part_type_code is NULL (Doc ID 2920986.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Healthcare Data Repository (HDR) 8.1.3 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When storing an EN data type with multiple ENXP that have a NULL namePartTypeCode, HDR 8 fails to persist the name.
There is no attribute in HDR 8 that allows for storage of a NULL namePartTypeCode like it does in HDR 7.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It would be expected to have an attribute for storage of a NULL namePartTypeCode in HDR 8.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Attempt to store an EN data type with multiple ENXP that have a NULL namePartTypeCode.
2. HDR 8.1.3 fails to persist the name.
