Item Revision Drop Down List Is Not Showing The Latest Revision Correctly (Doc ID 2921129.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While releasing an item in changes based on the rule in the relationship tab, the revision of the affected item is not showing in the correct order in the dropdown list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Item revisions drop down list should show revisions in correct order

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an item. Create a Change with Rev A and release it
2. Create two more new changes with Rev B and Rev C. Progress them to CCB status
3. Add a relationship rule on Rev B that if Rev B is released Rev C will be released
4. Progress Rev B to Released status. rev C will also get released
5. Item revision drop down list shows revision as A,C and B
