Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.1 version, Rate Card Report doesn't display the results generated in fsi_pm_generated_instrmts.

The FTP Rate Card batch containing only the first 2 tasks was successful. Transfer rate got calculated in fsi_pm_generated_instrmts and it took the correct rate from the base rate curve.

After running the batch, when you access the report in UI, you don't get any error, but neither can you see the results from fsi_pm_generated_instrmts (see below screenshot).

Note: According to Doc ID 2444204.1, the following three tasks used to be run to generate FTP Rate Cards:

Task 1: Generates instruments and inserts records into FSI_PM_GENERATED_INSTRMTS table.
Task 2: Executes the TP Process to populate the generated instruments with TP Rates.
Task 3: Moves the results into a reporting table and the seeded Rate Card Report pulls data from the reporting table and shows results in the report.

Earlier, data got picked from FSI_M_PROD_TRANSFER_RATE, for rate card reporting. However, third step is not required anymore, since fsi_pm_generated_instrmts itself can now retain history and be used for Rate Card Reporting.
