Goal

Sourcing Project shouldn't allow Import of items with Quantity=zero.
Prepare an excel file with Items with column details(Item Number and Qty)
Item Number QTY P00010 0

1. Login to Agile Web Client
2. Create new Sourcing Project, PRJ00001
3. On Items Tab of PRJ00001, Click More > Import then select the excel file
4. Once imported, Verify a warning message should appear on the import window and item should be imported and Qty is default to 1.

Expected Result: Import is successful with warning message "Unsupported/Infinite/Negative Quantity break value" for QTY and the Item Qty is defaulted 1.
