ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Defined Label Update Error.

User when trying to update UDF labels in PROD environment getting the below error message. 

Error: “Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null”

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow the user to modify the UDF labels in the setup without unexpected exception error message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logging in to the application.
2. Go to Setup-->Administration-->System-->Label Configurations.
3. Select the Label configuration and modify and save. System should save without the unexpected exception error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the UDF under label configuration in prod environment.
