Symptoms

While accessing IIA Screen throwing an "Invalid Request/Error while processing request"

As per OFSAAErr.log from webserver log:
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve 'jdbc.OFSALMINFO'. Resolved 'jdbc'; remaining name 'OFSALMINFO'
