Goal
TMS 5.3.1+ env: 'Created' / 'Created By' fields are not updated in the Status/Notes screen when a new Action is applied i.e. the below screenshots show:
- 'Created' is the timestamp of when the first action was applied (applying an action for the first time changes the omission status)
- 'Created By' is the user that applied the first action
- 'Action / Action Type / Act Text' fields reflect the second action that was applied (which was applied by a different user)
