Symptoms
On AAI 8.0.7.2.0, when attempting to loading data manually into Ledger stat using the Ledger Stat Loader (ofsa_util.wrapper_ledger_stat_load), the load fails with the following error in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG table after loading into the stage table for ledger stat load.
