When Installing OHF 8.2.2 Data Model, ORA-00439 Occurs (Doc ID 2922391.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run a fresh install of OHF 8.2.2 Data Mode (DM), the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------

ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Partitioning
ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Advanced Compression


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install  8.2.2 Tech Stack per the install manual
2. Start DM install and error occurs afterwards.
