Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Open TF config migration utility under fic home 

Step 2 : Configure the message you want to export as per readme 

Step 3 : run the export.sh

Issue Encountered :

User encountered below issue while using export utility

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1
at com.oracle.ofss.sanctions.merge.utility.Import.main(Import.java:257)
