Unable to Search Payments with Payment Transaction Id for Non-suspended Payments in Billing Care

Symptoms
Scenario:
- Searching payments with payment transaction ID is not possible in Billing Care.
- While one can search payments with their payment transaction ID for suspended payments, for non-suspended payments user is unable to search it.
- In Payment Center, it is possible to search for regular payments as it has a checkbox option of 'Include Fully Allocated Payment', which is not there in Billing Care.
- It is expected that Billing Care should also show the non suspended payments like it does in Payment Center.
Steps:
- Create an account.
- Make a payment using Payment Tool.
- Take the transaction ID.
- To search in Billing Care, in Suspense Payment tab, on left panel under 'Account', click on Add Filer, give the transaction ID in 'Payment Transaction ID'.
- To search in Payment Center, click on 'Payment Search', give transaction ID in 'Transaction ID' tick the checkbox 'Include Fully Allocated Payment' and search.
