Unable to Search Payments with Payment Transaction Id for Non-suspended Payments in Billing Care (Doc ID 2922599.1)

  1. Create an account.
  2. Make a payment using Payment Tool.
  3. Take the transaction ID.
  4. To search in Billing Care, in Suspense Payment tab, on left panel under 'Account', click on Add Filer, give the transaction ID in 'Payment Transaction ID'.
  5. To search in Payment Center, click on 'Payment Search', give transaction ID in 'Transaction ID' tick the checkbox 'Include Fully Allocated Payment' and search.
