Symptoms

Started with Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.1.0.15.0 and above.

msconfig help is not working -- cannot continue from More? prompt

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Get in to msconfig
2. Type help and press return
it displays normal stuff and then prompts "More?"

We cannot find anything that will proceed from the More? prompt.
